RecommendedWe have been taking our pets here for over 20 years. I have personally spoken to the owner several times on the phone when I had questions about my pets. The wait is sometimes long, but the prices are probably the best in town and everyone is so nice here!
I have been taking my dog Charlie here since she was 10 weeks old, and the ladies there are so wonderful with her and super sweet! There was one time Charlie had to get a shot and ended up having an allergic reaction to it, I took her back and they immediately took her back to the room and gave her medicine to help. Then made sure she was okay before I took her back home. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Best service and awesome staff!
They have taken good care of our animals for several years now.
there customer service is horrible. 90 dollars and not even a thank you. but I was told that is the cost of having a pet. I would like to see what would happen if someone said that to a parent of a child at the doctors office. stuff would hit the fan.
Our cat had been to another vet and referred to Southside Dog Cat and Bird clinic. After being sick and not eating for days he was back to his normal self this morning!
they are amazing and very nice
i took my 11 yr pit/dachshund for a bee sting and they were great and very good about the situation and pay was great. we were refer by rudy feed store. The most greatest thing we ever did for dog!
Terrible service! I wouldn’t recommend this clinic!!
Got here at 10:30am, waited 2.30 hrs, finally gave up & left. Said had 3 doctors in this Friday, no mention from desk girls that they were running very behind or even a , "we'll be with you asap" . Poor management, if any.
