It took several weeks for them to call me to book an appointment, and when I called back and spoke with someone, the earliest availability was three months out. They also weren’t able to schedule the appointment during that call—apparently a different team has to call back to actually book it, which just creates unnecessary telephone tag. I had a wonderful outpatient experience at Southside Dermatology thanks to Dr. Julie Curtis. She was kind, personable, and competent. I would recommend her to anyone.
I've called three different times, they never answered the phone.
