Took my 5 yr old in to be evaluated for an allergic reaction. Very nasty place, staff not friendly, received zero help with the problem; only told to follow up with PCP on Monday, and zero privacy. Even people laying in halls. I overheard all of one lady’s problem, so apparently they have no problems violating HIPPA. We ended up walking out without even receiving discharge paperwork.
Well check this out everyone. I have a lot of respect for doctors nurses, with the exception of the ones I had last night. Last night my condition got worse so my doctor told me to go to the er. Well dumb old me went to Southside, the doctor didn't do squat and acted like I had the plague and didn't even touch me. Instead he focused on the fact that I was seen at er a few days prior. Excellent experience! All staff we encountered went out of the way to make my son and my family feel comfortable.
Honestly couldn’t ask for a better bunch of nurses, doctors and registration staff. I’ve been to a lot of hospitals, even if it was to just visit someone I knew that was a patient and this is by far the best one! Thank you guys so much for your hard work and passion for what y’all do!
My son has been sitting in the ER for 4 hours without seeing a doctor. My 1 year old has been running a fever of 103.2 and never called him back. I am furious mad
