2 hours waiting for my son to enter ...... and that's why I told them that if they did not treat him better I would take him to another hospital, and at the beginning a girl told me that they had rooms available, and many people came and passed them and me and my son did not exist that courage with this hospital.
Was in and out, nurses were great and so was the Doctor.

The best care in Southside Va!
The first staff that i dealt with was really nice and attentive however the new rn that came to discharge me didn’t check my vitals as my blood pressure was high due to pain ! The physicians assistant was super helpful and attentive so was the MD that came and cared for me but they didn’t help with my pain control once I was discharged but he said he would give me something for the pain than didn’t! I wouldn’t go here if your having pain issues there pain control is not helpful
absolutely horrible my 8 year old daughter was having problems breathing we sat in waiting room for 2 1/2 hrs till i flipped and they took her back even after i told them she was having problems breathing they said there was still 2 people in front of me
If you are a diabetic this is not the hospital for you! They have never given me insulin or recommend a stay to get your sugars under control. They always give you fluids and send you on your way. As my sugar is always high 300-600 and a normal sugar is 60-120 . So I always leave with the same sugar high.
