My son was there for a snake bite and the EMTs, Doctors and Nurses were all fantastic! Thank you to the ER and Pediatric departments!!! :-)
Took very good care of my girlfriend..and was very good with me since I am a first time dad.
Lousy patient's care, ignorant staff, a joke. The nickname southside suicide fits it!
It took two hours to be seen, and by a rude nurse practitioner. Didn't get her name but tall, very thin with long brown hair. The patient was s 7 month old infant with s 103. Temp. One good thing the second nurse RN we had was very good. Knowledgeable and very compassionate to our situation and baby's feelings. His name was Robby. Worst experience at south side ever. Fair to say all the nurses have always been wonderful. The doctors in the ER could really use some manners and compassion lessons.
This hospital is pure Traah they need to shut it down & Allow it to be brought & Taking over by more Responsible DOCTORS & NURSE'S....All they wanna do is Burn up Insurance & Do Nothing to help The people on it...I File a Complaint ever chance i get...You seat in there for 4 & 5 hours Before you seen half the time still leave the same way you came...
I was admitted on Friday 7/21/17. When I arrived I was taken back very quickly! They checked my vitals my blood pressure was 70/40, pulse was 155 and my temp was 102. I was put in a room right away and not to mention I'm 23 weeks pregnant! What I thought was a bad UTI had actually spread to a bladder and kidney infection! While there they kept on top of everything and gave me the best service I had ever received!!! I was released today 7/24/17 after being free of a fever for 24 hours!
