I had a wonderful experience with Southside ChemDry. Heather was very respectful and helpful on the phone. The techs were very nice and most of all professional. Tyler managed to get a eye sore stain out of my carpetthat has been there for about 3 years. I will make sure to let everyone i know that Southside Chem-Dry are the only ones to clean my carpets.
Not your typical carpet cleaner Apparently I used to use companies with old technology. Tidewater Chem Dry came out and surprised me when they brought the equipment in. Carpet is cleaner then ever.
These people are the best. My carpets look so good and smells great. They got my high traffic areas out that I thought was impossible. The tech was so friendly and professional and took a lot of time on cleaning my troubled areas. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great cleaning job. Also, the carpets dried very quickly, not like steam cleaning, I have had in the past where the carpets are wets for days.
We have used Southside ChemDry for many years. We have never not been satisfied with the job done. Everyone that has cleaned our carpets have been very professional! All of our friends and family are amazed at how nice our carpets look. We will not use anyone else for our carpet cleaning.
I am happy with my carpet cleaning, the carpets look great. I asked the tech to clean my recliner and voila, it looks great too!! Thanks Southside Chem Dry, you are the best.
What impressed me with Soutside ChemDry was the responsiveness to my need for next-day service. Also, the one-man crew took much care with my furnishings and my floors. He was patient when I found more chairs to clean in the house and struck a good bargain. I would use them again when needed.
