This is our 2nd time using Chem-Dry! They are efficient and professional! Their prices are very fair and reasonable! We will definitely use them in the future!
They soaked my carpet. I had to use my own carpet cleaner to get the water up as quickly as possible. I called the owner several times and about one hour later she called me back. Her solution was to send the people back to my house to extract the water from my carpet. That didn't make much sense since by then, the damage had been done. I was offered an $83 dollars refunded if I signed a statement that I would not post anything negative about this company. Excellent company with great work. I recommend them!
I had a last minute scheduling conflict and Heather was more than willing to help! She called other clients and was able to switch time slots for us. Lexus & Travis got here punctually, and ready to tackle our giant sectional with a million pillows and two ottomans. They did a very thorough and timely job all while being very personable and professional. Southside Chem-Dry will definitely have our business in there future.
