I am extremely disappointed with how management handled my care at this clinic. After bringing my highly trained service dog with me to one appointment—where the dog remained leashed, well-controlled, and at a respectful distance—management made the decision to cancel my future appointments. What is most concerning is how this decision was made. Neither I nor my therapist—whom I had an established, professional counseling relationship with—were contacted prior to this action.
