I was not going to write a review, but after tonight I feel obligated to warn other parents and hope hospital leadership reviews what happened. I brought my 11-month-old baby in with a 104.2°F fever. He had refused food and fluids for about four hours, had little energy, and was sleeping much more than normal. The first nurse told us not to use a rectal thermometer because my baby was over six months old and that it could be dangerous. You'll read later why this is an important detail. Dr. Melissa Kadish came in, and the vis... read more
I took my toddler to Riverton Kids Care for a fever and cough, expecting medical guidance and support. Instead, the entire appointment turned into a lecture the moment Dr. Aztet learned she is not vaccinated. Rather than focusing on her symptoms, he resorted to scare tactics and personal commentary, even saying that if he were my daycare provider, he wouldn’t allow her back knowing she was unvaccinated with a fever. I wasn’t there to ask him what he would do as my daycare provider and for him to assume I’m a negligent mother... read more
Very quick wait time. We ended up not needing to be seen. Our son bit his lip pretty hard. We brought him in and they checked him in the lobby before checking us in. Saved us a lot of time and money. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would come back again.
So unimpressed with Dr. Michael Mallory. Brought our daughter in with a severe diaper rash and tried to explain the things that led up to it and what we have tried, but he literally cut us off multiple times mid-sentence. Barely touched her or looked at her at all. Basically threw a yeast infection cream at us as a quick fix, but when pressed about how her constipation/bowel movements might be contributing, admitted he “didn’t know anything about infant digestion.” Are you serious?? I hope he’s satisfied that he wrapped up t... read more
We have been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes so far in the waiting room. They keep calling back every adult before any children. This is an insane amount of time to make children wait to be seen. The board says 75 to 90 minutes now but we were told 35 minutes. This place needs to do better. There are so many children waiting to be seen. I’m seriously never coming back here. Update: Still waiting to be seen. We are about to hit the 2 hour mark and now the wait time was updated to reflect 90 to 105 minutes when we were told 35.
