My mother has also used this clinic and she shares some similar issues. She has gone there a few times and has ended up with scabs and sores after her treatment. The doctor was not very compassionate. I am also appalled at some of the unprofessional comments from the office staff. Instead of ridiculous replies about dropping patients because they feel they are above reproach they should be more open to improving. There are more caring and compassionate providers out there. My mom had a 1:20 appointment today, the office is closed for lunch from noon to one. There was a man standing at the door, trying to get in for his appointment, he could only sign language. I could not use my phone fast enough for him. Any way guess who showed up at 1:23 the office people. I will not bring my mother back to this low rated business.
