Awesome customer service and staff!!
Recently attended their Annual Fall Festival with my son and his 2 friends. It was honestly one of the best days we had shared together. Southridge has become my son Andrew and my favorite weekend hang out, after his baseball games. Great family business!

Yesterday my house lost power (and heat) and after checking the forecast began panicking that I had no wood for a fire. Calling after hours, PJ personally took care of me and my daughter by staying open late so I could shoot down and throw some in my minivan, but after discussing he went above and beyond and personally delivered wood to my house to make sure we stayed warm throughout the night. I was in tears from his kindness and compassion. They've earned a customer for life.
I always feel like I am the only customer when I walk through their door. Always greeted with a smile and everyone has time for your questions. Everyone is great , even the dogs and cats. If you want the best service ever then stop into Southridge, don’t forget to bring the kids so they can enjoy the horses, the cow plus many other animals that live there. Best place ever.
A fantastic family business. Nice people and good products. I bought the pavers for my patio that I build from Southridge.
