They listen to the client. I had asked the first time I went that I do not want novacain or any needles in my gums unless absolutely necessary. The dentist was aware of this without me having to repeat myself.
The staff is friendly and professional starting the day before my appointment when Shannon reminds me of it by phone with a smile in her voice. Amy, the hygienist, is gentle and thorough, and Dr. Squires always clearly explains any future work you might need. Thanks to all at Southridge for the great care I receive.
I love my dental hygienist, Alina. She's fabulous. The gals at the front desk are kind and personable, going above and beyond. The doctors are great. I'm glad I found this place.

Very good. I had to postpone a day and change time once and the receptionists were so helpful in working with me. Had me in and out in under an hour so that was so helpful.
