I would not suggest staying here at all unless it's a last resort. At the beginning of my 4 year stay there I never had issues. Until.... the last few months. Highly dissatisfied customer.
This was my first official apartment and I loved it! I was able to move in early, and they were always there for questions when needed. I always felt safe living there and would highly recommend living there to everyone! Maintenance and the office were easy to talk to and able to help whenever needed!
As a grad student, this is the perfect place to live. Away from the chaos and noise of campus apartments, yet close enough to make it to all of my last second meetings. I love the office staff and maintenance that work hard to address any concerns quickly and courteously. I love the location, quality of the apartments, and exemplary staff. Everyone works hard to make this not just a place to live, but a home.
