This is one of the best gym's I ever belonged to. They have everything you need as far as machine equipment, free weights and high end cardio machine's. The gym is never packed or crowded which is a major bonus for me. It's also very clean, they provide hand towels and last but not least, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this club to anyone!
My wife and I have been going a few weeks. Today we did water aerobics. There is always something to do. We're retired and it's great to spend time together at the gym.

Never too busy when I go there. Plenty of cardio equipment available.
Friendly staff and patrons; Matrix machines always available. Free coffee in the morning, too!
