Okay, so here's the sitch. My friend lives here and it sucksss. Like, the bathroom is so disgusting I can hardly stand to use it (and I've squatted over holes in the ground in third world countries). Sorry I got distracted. So my friend is financially independent- no familial support whatsoever. And she didn't pay her whole utility bill last month. Southridge is fantastic! The management is enthusiastic and organized, maintenance gets things taken care of, residents are friendly, and the close proximity to BYU campus can't be beat!
Pretty much the entire apartment is full of stains that do not come out, in the carpet, walls, and linoleum. The couches and generally furniture were ratty, old and hodgepodge. It is in their leasing agreement that they will not notify you before you are towed and the management is generally very very slow to respond to contact and gives out the minimal amount of information (for example: they did not notify me that my application for a parking permit renewal had been denied and thus my car was towed on the first of the mont... read more
