Terrible place. I moved here thinking I could live with terrible for just a bit cheaper, but it's not even that cheaper and it's a tiny little crowded dump in need of so much maintenance I'd like to see it torn town. Or better yet, burned down because there's no other way to get rid of the human pee smell. Anyway, I'm sure the people in management are good people trying their best but this place is sooooo not worth your time. Except, maybe, maybe, it's worth it for the people because everyone living here is great.
Okay, so here's the sitch. My friend lives here and it sucksss. Like, the bathroom is so disgusting I can hardly stand to use it (and I've squatted over holes in the ground in third world countries). Sorry I got distracted. So my friend is financially independent- no familial support whatsoever. And she didn't pay her whole utility bill last month. (Not sure if it was more than usual or she couldn't afford to pay the whole thing??) So because of this $5-$10, she was getting charged 5 dollars a day, unwittingly, for 38 days. ... read more
Southridge is fantastic! The management is enthusiastic and organized, maintenance gets things taken care of, residents are friendly, and the close proximity to BYU campus can't be beat!
Pretty much the entire apartment is full of stains that do not come out, in the carpet, walls, and linoleum. The couches and generally furniture were ratty, old and hodgepodge. It is in their leasing agreement that they will not notify you before you are towed and the management is generally very very slow to respond to contact and gives out the minimal amount of information (for example: they did not notify me that my application for a parking permit renewal had been denied and thus my car was towed on the first of the mont... read more

They are very personable and are making a good effort to improve things. The new management rocks!! LIVE HERE!
I have friends living here and they absolutely love it! I find myself hanging out here all the time. Great atmosphere! The ward couldn't be better! It's also in a great location. Highly recommend living here!
