Dr Zibo’s is very personalable. Sweet. Gives options and try’s to save the patient money her staff is friendly and goes the xtra mile for the patient as well.
Sadly I believed all the hype too. They do not warranty their labs work. Maybe. I should say the lab doesn't warranty their own work. I had dentures made and received 10/2024. 1/2025 the lowers broke. Had them repaired and long story short they broke again a few weeks later. I didn't try to have them repaired again because I was told I'd have to pay for them. They are not usable. Yesterday 08/2025 the uppers are doing the same thing. I had my previous pair of dentures 14 years with NO problems. They just needed upgraded afte... read more
I can’t say enough good things about this office. I have been terrified to go back to the dentist for years over a bad experience. I was nervous going back into seeing a dentist but wow, these ladies are so incredibly sweet and made me feel so comfortable. They are gentle and talk you through everything they are doing. I’ve been recommending this office to everyone. I have no anxiety going to the dentist now! Thank you Southport smiles for all you do!

Southport smiles is wonderful! Their hospitality is out of this world, they care about what they’re doing and most importantly, they care about you! I would recommend these people. 10/10
