Dr. Yegerlehner is a better doctor than Dr. Amy Kaiser. That’s just my opinion. Dr. Yegerlehner seems more patient and willing to take the time to really listen to you. Dr. Kaiser seemed to be in a rush and didn’t seem to want to take the time to really listen.
I went in February not feeling well. She did give me meds for a sinus/ viral infection. I did ask to get blood work done because I try to get blood work done once a year. I did get the results on my chart, but I cannot understand what some of the medical terms are that’s their job. I did not get a callback from her or the nurses , no follow up.
