Thanks for the last minutes bouquet
Worst customer service ever. I placed an order online and they couldn’t get it ready on time so I asked if they can cancel the order and refund me. They said okay and it’s been more then 2 weeks I have heard from them. After calling them multiple times and getting no where. I had to call my credit card company to get it resolved. Will not recommend to anyone.
Very poor customer service ! Ordered a bouquet to be delivered the same day for a dear friend in the hospital . It was delivered the next day . The flowers look nothing like what was pictured on their website . I could've gone to the local Grocery store, grabbed a bunch of flowers and shove them in a vase just as easily as they did ! And it wouldn't cost $100. Very disappointed!
