Southpointe has been my life saver in the past two weeks. I recently adopted a 10+ year old baby who of course has a few medical issues. They have been amazing since day one. Unfortunately, there was a tragic accident two days ago and I had to take her to an emergency vet Sunday night for surgery. Picked my puppy up from his 7 night stay and he was covered in dried feces. From head to toe. It was literally on his face, paws, tail and chunks crusted to his belly. Then on our way home he had diarrhea twice in the car. This place does not take care of your pet the way they claim to. The manager acted as if it was a one time incident and told us it won’t happen again. No, it won’t because we won’t be back!
If you want a vet office that actually cares, then this is the one for you. Every person on staff is super caring and knowledgeable. Throughout my dogs life we made many visits here, many on very short notice and not once did they turn me away. I recommend Southpointe Veterinary Hospital to everyone.

This once was an absolutely amazing place to take your pets but unfortunately over the years it has declined. I can’t tell you the last time I got into an exam room around my scheduled appointment time. Then when you finally see the veterinarian, they rush through the exam. I have tried multiple veterinarians here and they have all been mediocre. The best one retired years ago and seems this place hasn’t been the same since.
