You call when you arrive, describe symptoms & discuss possible treatment with vet over phone. They come out wearing a mask and take your pet inside to examine and tell you findings and options, provide care and bring back animal. Then take payment over the phone.

Absolutely love the Staff at this vet. They are truly wonderful people and animal lovers. The drs are very helpful and have great personalities when it comes to your pet they treat them like one of their own. I’ve been taking my dog there since she was 6weeks old and now 5years.. she loves going there never scared.
We just took Eli there and for what is going on in this world right now great set up Southpointe and thank you Dr. Cots for taking care of my Eli
