Ok, let's be honest here. Yes, the staff at Southpointe is great. But the "technology" and keeping up with other offices in town needs a lot of work. No tv in the waiting room. No coffee (every place has coffee). Signs about Christmas when is spring. A lunch bag for your toothbrush, yes a lunch bag. You'd think with the low investment on the extras at this office that you'd see some cost savings when it comes to your treatment...nope. RecommendedThese guys are the best! I came in as a new patient who has had not the greatest dental experiences in the past. I had bad dental anxiety and would be so anxious for days leading up to the appointment. I thought that's just how it was. Here there is no such thing. The receptionist kindly greets you at the door and walks you through the check in/out process. I just wanted to comment and say how great I think everyone at Southpointe Dental is. I was in for a filling last week. The dental staff is always so happy and friendly. And I’ve never met a dentist that is as nice as Dr Lichtsinn. He treats you so kindly. He also does great work. After the Novocain wore off, it didn’t even feel like I had work done. I’m so happy with having you all for my dental provider and wanted to say thank you!
