We just rented a temporary space here. The staff was exceptionally helpful and upbeat, which makes us feel at home and glad we chose US Storage,Southpoint. Thank you to Frank and Johnny!
Best thing about it: location if you need Sebastopol. Worst things: Raise the rent often, Could not care less for their customers. My recent experience: I do not recommend this company because they do not care at all for their customers in my estimation. Heather was very nice and helpful today when I went in to swap units.
Was quoted 50% off and it was also written down for me and then they just took it back as 25% because of some email That morning. Found rat feces in my unit when I swept it out and I looked closely. I had to clean it myself and then there was broken glass and garbage outside the building.
I have had my things stored at this facility for over 2 years, and it is time to write a review. The staff at this location are never in the office, everytime I stop by the sign says they are out of the office. The hours are clearly listed on the door, yet they are never in the office. There use to be two people in the office, no longer since US storage took over Southpoint Storage. They have raised the rates twice since I have been renting my unit, yet nothing has improved.
