Today I was helped by Heather the property manager and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility because of my experience with Heather.
One Star – Poorly Maintained, Poorly Managed, and No Longer Secure In the year or so since US Storage took over what was previously South Point Storage in Sebastopol, the facility’s care, cleanliness, and security have declined dramatically. The attached photos were taken during the seven days I spent moving out, but they reflect the facility’s general condition over the past year: mouse / mice feces, layers of dust, cobwebs in every corner, and debris hanging from light fixtures.
