My first visit with my new cat and they were on time, listened to all my concerns and were so sweet with my kitty. She was unsure of the environment but they were all so nice to her. They were transparent about pricing and even sent me a quote for a service afterwards. Scheduling online was super easy with great communication. Will be bringing my kitty back for services here.
