RecommendedJust used southpaw for the first time and LOVED the whole experience! I was in a tight timeframe to get a service done on my machine before my trip in 3 days , they got it done SAME DAY! Truly didn’t expect it ( a lot of shops say that ). They responded after hours quickly when setting up appointment and followed through on their word. Def will be coming here more often !
My husband took our snowmobile into them over 5 weeks ago just to get looked at because a light was on but still drove perfectly. 2 weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything so my husband went to go pick it up for the weekend to take it out. When he went to drive it it wouldn’t go and it wouldn’t reverse. We didn’t have a problem with either of those things before we took it into them. Sent an email asking for a service, asking for a text or call back, no response. called a day later and talked to the lady that answered and asked for the same help. she said "He's in a meeting and I'll have him call you back as soon as he gets out". no response, no call back. God forbid I had bought something from them and needed help. I don't recommend them. As far as technical services, can't give any advice due to no contact
Not give someone a quote, and the 4 came home in a box, took me over a year to put it all back together
I would give Southpaw Motorsports a negative rating if possible. Brought my motorcycle in the 2nd week of August, paying the $50.00 fee to get on the schedule. They called back on Aug 26th (not leaving a message. I looked on my called ID, they never called.) letting me know what needed to be done. I called Southpaw back a week later (08/29/2019). They told me what needed to be fixed was the exact thing I told them needed to be completed. I don't think they did a diagnostic they said they did. They then told me they had calle... read more
