I just wanted to give a shout out to Southpaw and Daniel in particular. I had a number of repairs and upgrades to make to my mountain bike (I'll buy my next bike from Southpaw) to adapt it to the type of riding I like. Daniel was great! Not only did he do the work well and promptly, he took the time to explain options and specific details on the work he did and how it would affect my bike. Great experience
Purchased bike from SouthPaw Cycles for my wife and the handle bars were wider than she was used to which was making it uncomfortable for her. Erik went above and beyond to get it right and even stayed late on a holiday weekend to help with another issue she had. I will be purchasing a bike for my son soon and will be buying from them. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!
Stopped in for the first time today with a bum wheel. The wheel was repaired in no time along with a lesson on hub repair. Good for me I found a new bike shop! Great service!
