Great service.... in and out. Friendly staff who took the time to answer all of my questions.
I was greeted with how can I help you....and wow!!! They live up to that statement! Eric really wanted to HELP me. He cared that I was educated with my purchase and gave options for each purchase! He presented value in the product and reassured me that the technology met the price. I was more than impressed with the customer service I received. I can’t wait to go back.

Personable, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Jen helped my husband get fitted for a bike in his price range and for his intended use. She patiently helped him try out several and explained the differences. Meanwhile, I bought a tool to work on my Walmart bike. Erik explained how to use it and precautions to take while using it. When the day comes to upgrade my bike, I will definitely be heading to Southpaw!
