I have lived out here for over 3 years. I can say I have seen management come and go. The management they have now is terrible. They don't want to fix anything. I have had a maintenace request since the beginning of the year. I even had to go as far as paying outta my pocket for repairs that they should have fixed. I am telling anyone DO NOT move here unless you want to be treated like dirtt! They dont care about nothing except getting your rent on time and that's it.
