Lived here for our first year....it was great!!! Nice inside, like all my accomidations like gym,pool,park for my kids ,bus pick up,ide have to say every time i call matinance they fix or come look right away...(closed mouths dont get fed)we where truly blessed and thankful!!!!
Stay away its been nothing but a nightmare. The rules only appy to whoever the office wants. Starting with they allow visiters to stay as long as they want and issue them temporary parking permits. Which causes parking problems for us who are on the lease. the new manager is a real piece of work. I had problems with my neighbor and the manager Chritine tolds us that it is not her problem, they are nice till you sign the lease. P.S. Goodluck!!! A few short weeks left to our lease then not looking back.
I'm very happy and comfortable living at southpark village!! The staff is wonderful and are willing to help you out in whatever you need. They turned this place around for the better.
