Multiple inaccurate billings - had 3 way call on several occasions with billing department and insurance to resolve issue. They continue to incorrectly bill insurance under another name, use wrong policy holder, bill for spouse (not the patient) and for the past 3 months have escalated threats of collection. Most recently received letter stating it would be reported to credit. One surgery = 5 separate bills!!!
