Our family has been very impressed with the compassion and helpful treatment we received for our mother’s service. Antoinette could not have been more accommodating to our needs.
The people at this funeral home are very unprofessional. Nick misquoted the fees. Then Eloisa the supervisor refused to make it right. Luke Palmero the manager also did not want to make things right from there mistake. Instead of having an actual contract they write random quotes on note pads. They have made this process completely unbearable and even worse during since we are grieving the loss of our loved family member. Stay away from this place.
I had the best experience! The funeral director Antoinette was so personable and helpful. The care and respect for the family of passed loved ones is beyond exemplary. The rest of the crew all work together to make the service as seamless as possible as they went from the sanctuary to the graveside. The funeral home is aesthetically beautiful and classically designs, and the property is massive with more property across the street and there is a new crematory and mausoleum.
