The experience setting up our arrangements was very hassle free. Kim Tovar was very helpful in the process. She walked us through the steps, answered our questions and we felt no pressure

well staff was great planing am my family's funerals have six family members buried there. But I do not think they keep the grounds up or fix things we you call or go in and ask for stones to be leveled and the vases. I will go in the office again to put a work order as they say last one was last was may 2019 .But that's where my parents bought at so I will deal but for what a funeral cost these days it should be keep up better and the ROADS!!. after watching my niece beg you people to fix her son's grave repeatedly I would not recommend y'all for anything. when I come to visit him you better hope I don't fall. and hurt myself because of your poor maintenance. we know y'all don't care but you could give the appearance that you do. please fix Austin's grave you are slowly killing his mother

There are not enough nice words to say about the staff at South Park Funeral Home. Kimberly was absolutely amazing! We were such an emotional wreck after losing a young boy who was like a son to me, we felt completely lost, but Kimberly was very patient and so kind throughout the whole process. The day of the funeral, the entire staff seemed to pitch in and help. I promise you that you and your loved one are in good hands here. It’s a shame that as my friend whom is mourning the loss of a child cannot post pictures of his grave due to how poorly kept the property is. I was appalled at the total lack of care I saw in some of the photos that were shared in regards to headstones coming out of the ground and the sink holes around graves. Your company should be ashamed of yourselves! I live in Massachusetts with some to the most extreme changes in weather conditions and not one of the cemeteries I’ve been to looked anything like yours reflects. Even in ... read more

Justin Carr and Rosy were so very helpful when my husband suddenly passed away. We had just moved to this area and did not know anyone. They helped my daughters and I in making those difficult decisions. They continued to call and check on us through the following month. I just want you to know how much I appreciate their thoughtfulness.
