Since I have been to a few terrible dentist in the past , I know when I come across a GREAT one. My visit with you guys was exactly tht.. GREAT. They took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot) and they were able to give me a better understanding of my situation. Even the receptionist took the time to explain my future visits & payments. I would recomend you guys to anyone who wants nice, friendly, paitent & understanding people assisting them!!!! Thanks.
This was my first visit and won't be the last. Thank you for making me feel so welcome ! The staff is great from the front desk to Dr.Hauschka And his assistant who was very professional and super nice, she explained every step of the treatment. Thank you !
Dr. Marti is a wonderful Dentist! She's very capable, professional, very personable....and most importantly, very GENTLE! And HOW could you not love Angela and Tanja? They make the trip to the Dental chair worth it! Wonderful staff all the way around.
I was nervous because I had been using someone else for a very long time, but as soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted with a smile that put me at ease. The hygienist was caring and very knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in my situation. She was funny and took her time to answer all my questions. I just love that place even while they were numbing me up Angela "i hope thats her name" i remember shes greek and has the best smile anyway she continued to rub my hand she is the best she always talks to me the entire visit.. I am never going anywhere else I. I love this place!! I'm one of those people who doesn't like to go to the dentist for anything, but last year when my wisdom tooth started hurting (to the point of not being able to eat), Dentistry of the Carolina's was recommended to me by a friend. I came in for an exam, got a few numbing shots (and I hate needles, but these weren't bad shots), had the tooth pulled almost painlessly, and was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. As always i had a really good check up at DOC South Charlotte. Did not see my regular Dental Hygienist but her back-up was great. Look forward to my next visit in January.
