My kids get attended 20 minutes late on their scheduled appointment and get refused first to have the needed procedure done as they are already behind their schedule, instead we are advised to make another appointment for a procedure that can be done in just 10 minutes only as per the hygienist. I had to insist and make them understand that it was completely their fault why they are behind their schedule. Eventually they performed the procedure but it was a stressful conversation before they agreed to It.
