Bad experience. Very unprofessional. I had paid for a checkout with an instructor and flown their aircraft solo previously, but because general manager Ben Douglas was having a bad day, I was denied access to the aircraft. Ben said it was because I didn’t possess a paper logbook. (I had an electronic logbook on my iPad). I had set up the rental face to face with his brother and co-owner 2 days prior. Unfortunately, the brother wasn’t there and Ben told me it was his call. Very disappointing.
