Did not enjoy my experience. Nurse Practitioner Banks is lacking bedside manner. Also, please stop discussing patients at the desk when other patients are waiting to be seen in the waiting area.
I I didn’t like Nurse Practitioner Tristan Banks’s bedside manner. I passed her while she was complaining about how long she had been with a patient, and she and the girls at the front were discussing a patient with a UTI. When that patient came up to the front to check out, I felt so uncomfortable because I had overheard all of her private information.
