I am surprised to see what couple of negative reviews that I seen because we could not have gotten anything accomplished without the help of Emily. She went above and beyond what her job title required to help us clear up an almost 10 year issue that we had no knowledge of. We could not be happier with our new home and the service we received from Southland Realtors and Southland Residential Title. They are so professional, courteous, and go out of their way to provide the best service in every aspect of the home buying experience. Could not recommend them more!!!!
Horrible. I called and asked for help was told to call insurance on my own. When I called the insurance they said the title agent is supposed to call not the home owner. I emailed the title agent again and she never responded. I would not recommend Southland title. We still own the property that we closed with Southland and we still live in it. We have other properties in TN like a lot of people. The property I am speaking of we closed with you all in 2022 like your records indicate. The fact that you can’t do a title search... read more
