Saw another review on here that subdivisions are being built and the houses have major issues. That’s true for Double L construction and realtor Timeka Leach! BUYER BEWARE! It is a HUGE conflict of interest that the builder and agent are spouses. Talk to most people that own an home double l built and they will tell you their horror stories. If buying in the neighborhood, find a home that’s not built by double l and find an agent that will tell you the truth. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!
Joe Davis is building a subdivision in Blaine, TN and is the realtor/builder and works for Southland Realtors. Don’t buy these homes. My house is falling apart and is not even a year old. He’s known about the issues I’m having since May 2023. I bought it April 28, 2023. It’s mid March 2024. Warranty expires April 2024. Just keeps pushing me out so the warranty will expire and he don’t have to deal with it. I’ve contacted Don Dare as well (a journalist in Knoxville, TN) and plan to contact an attorney.
Today, I was very lucky to have Karen Chesson on my side. She was an advocate for me and acted in my best interest to protect me from missing a great deal and making a bad investment. They don't pay their bills to the small guys. Don't do work for them. Waterside condos have rotten walls. I fixed mine and billed them and they stiffed me.
