Tammy has done so much these past 2 years. They have been amazing to lease from.

Took several phone calls and over 6 weeks to receive our deposit back. They never kept their word. Office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Property mananger cursed liked a sailor. NOTHING was handled professionally. We gave over a 6 week vacate notice and let them know we would be out a week earlier than anticipated. They refused to pro-rate our last month. Horrible Horrible service. We showed up to a scheduled appointment and the realtor wasn't even at the right place that we had confirmed several times. They were very unprofessional, and rude. Overall a terrible experience before even signing a lease with them. From the other comments i'm seeing on here, I am staying for away from this company.
Very unprofessional. Took 2 months to get deposit back and they had taken over half for damage that was caused by a hurricane and a leaky roof. Will never recommend them to anyone!!!!
Terrible, Unprofessional, Untimely, Rude – The staff at this company is awful. No calls or emails are returned. I was told the appliances were in good, working order. This of course was not the case. I have been trying to get our washer fixed but this seems to be too much for them handle. This is costing us money and leaving a terrible, musty smell inside the whole place.
