RecommendedThey keep our pool nice and clean so we don’t have to. They always come - rain or shine. Our pump broke. They came out in a thunderstorm and didn’t leave until the job was done!

I have used Southland since my other lawn service lost personnel and couldn't service my lawn anymore. I've found them reasonable and responsive.
used them for 2 years, we never complained or made late payments. This season a different pool tech took over for our regular guy, I had to complain as my pool was dirty after his cleaning and it had visable algae build up. The owners send him back out and he has an attitude with me and is full of excuses. Bottom line they are ok as long as you dont complain because if you do, they drop you, just as well as after the treatment we got, we were looking for a more professional company to take over.
We have been using Southland Pool and Lawn since we bought this house in September. Their price was lower than the service the previous owners used and they do a better job! I highly recommend them!
