BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased a lake lot at a 1 day sale 5/29/2021. An information packet given to us at the sale stated all utilities were in place throughout the subdivision. Our salesperson assured us that the underground utilities were there-all we had to do was run electricity, cable and internet from the street to our house. We have had multiple contacts with Mr. *** including meeting him on property in an attempt to remedy his stated issues with Southland, and it is abundantly clear that no matter what Southland says or does to remedy these issues, we are unable to make Mr. *** happy. Sam Pinner and Southland are very disappointed that he has had a bad experience purchasing property with our company.
