I have had a Southland Log Home since 2010. All the reviewers seemed happy at that time, except for some issues with doors and windows. So I asked if they could back those out of my contract for credit, which they did. I got Pella to bring my doors and windows. I asked for some minor changes to the floor plan, and they had an architect make changes. The contractor did a great job on the build.
