Had a friend purchase from Brett and suggested we visit. We felt at home from the minute Brett welcomed us. Extremely knowable and not pushy, so it put us at ease. Very impressed compared to other providers who just wanted to sell us a package and black it in and then Leave us on our own without any knowledge of finishing costs. Southland seemed to care about getting things right from the first meeting. Not retiring for another five years, but they’ve earned my business already. Go visit them, you won’t be disappointed.
