The appointment window was 3 - 6 pm. I called at 4:30 or 5 to confirm. I was told he was running late, but would be there by 6:30 or 7. I received a call at 7:30 that he was 40 minutes away. I cancelled the appointment. The office or repairman should have called before or during the appointment window to cancel and reschedule. Very unprofessional.
Southland original installed all units in our townhome community and they were incredible back then. I recently had them service my unit and found the same level of expertise. I highly recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs.
Have been a satisfied customer of Southland HVAC since 2021. David is the owner and has been a very helpful resource for us when we needed to replace a failing HVAC system. His office team provide great customer service and the onsite personnel show up on time and are very thorough. Taking the time to answer questions and explain how things work. We have worked with many contractors in doing a remodel of our home and highly recommend David and Southland Heating and Air Conditioning.
