I strongly advise against using this company. They sold me a Trane heat pump system seven years ago that was never installed correctly. Despite being the only company to service the unit since day one, they failed to identify or fix the underlying installation issues. After years of poor performance, I contacted the manufacturer (Trane), who referred me to a qualified specialist. That team had to essentially reinstall the unit to correct Southland’s mistakes. I will never use or recommend this business again.
Very polite service both in person and on phone. Everything completed today as scheduled.
