Came to service the AC. Told me my compressor was broken and I either needed a new compressor (uneconomical) or replace the whole unit. But the heat and fan would still work. But the tech did not put the unit back together properly so neither the heat nor fan work now. Their estimate for a new unit is outrageous - nearly double what my neighbor paid several years ago.
Replacement of old furnace and installation of a new one. The guys were very professional and clean. They took care not to mark anything up and laid down cloth to protect the floor from the door to the worksite. Great experience
David was extremely professional and informative presenting all options available to me with rebates and cost explained very well.
Very communicative and thorough. Great service too. If it’s under warranty, they’ll come out for free.
