Dave gave me several options for a HVAC heat pump and carefully explained it all. He was very efficient and knowledgeable.
Dave came by and did some nice explaining of the different heat pump options there were and We talked about the filtration systems available. He was professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for more!
Southland Heating & Air Conditioning installed a Trane heat-pump system and replaced all of the ductwork in our attic in September 2024. They were fantastic. We learned of them from a list of approved HVAC contractors on Trane’s website. Honest evaluation of our heating and A/C needs. David Mercado offered many different solutions and affordable options to select from in our home. There was never any hard sell tactics used to sell or any pressure to buy now or the deal will be gone. In fact, we didn't close the deal for 3 months.
