I purchased a shindaiwa blower from southland engine and had problems with it. Brought back several times and each time had excellent customer service. They took care of my problem with great and professional customer service. Excellent customer service is seldom found but at Southland engine every time I go the service is excellent I have been a customer for over 20 years and will always continue purchasing and repairing with them. Use to be a great place to to get a mower fixed but now there shop if full of drug heads and theives. Maybe they need to drug test there shop and business will pick back up. yes lco's talk to each other and most are fed up with this.
