If I could give 0 stars I would. If you do not buy your Dodge directly from Southland, they do not want your service. It almost seems like they will do everything for you to not ever want to buy a vehicle there also. Southland is an hour away from home so we made an appointment to leave it there. Next day, get a phone call and they tell us they will not be able to service our vehicle until a month from now because we are not "their" customer. Their customers come first is what I was told.
