We recently became members of the credit union, and within just the first couple of days, Liz has absolutely blown us away with her extraordinary service. From the very start, she made us feel welcome, valued, and completely taken care of. Bad customer service and rude banker. Especially the manager. He’s a jerk.
I spent at least 15 minutes on the phone today with Edward who is in the contact center, but he said Los Alamitos branch would get this message. He was so helpful. He stayed online with me and answered three important questions. I think he is the most helpful of anyone that I’ve ever dealt with on the phone or at a branch. I do enjoy being a member of Southland Credit Union and now I know that they have great people like Edward working at the contact center. Definitely a five star experience.
