Thank you for taking care of my puppy and her sibling. I missed my 1st puppy appt due to my own medical emergency. Then they made me another one and my car broke down and I got a ride there. I had to sit outside cause they can’t let anyone in. When I asked for water they gave me water they also gave me a chair to sit on. Don’t take your pet there if it’s sick!! What good does it make that their nice if they don’t know whats wrong with your pet??!! All they do good is shots. They didn’t know what happened to my dog. That’s lame for a vet. If you don’t have appointment and it’s an emergency you need to wait too long!!! They suggested to have lab work done on him because HIS staff could be in danger. This is the best Veterinarian hospital is south Florida. The staff is incredible caring. Doctor Toledo called me at home, after 8 p.m. on a Saturday, to make sure I had lab results. Every time we visit, the staff is appreciative of us being there. They are courteous, professional and so much more. One of my dogs had terminal cancer and had to be put to sleep.
