just finished replacing an old AC with a new one I purchased from Southland Air Conditioner. I am extremely happy with the services I received. I had the initial free estimate visit with the owner of the company, Mr. Dave Molina. He was great, didn’t push me to buy anything, presented me with several options for me to consider based on what I wanted, needed and could afford to buy. Hate to speak negatively of the company because they have some real good people working for them. However, spent $11,600 on system 4 1/2 years ago, and it was a BIG MISTAKE!!!! Live and Learn!!!! Before dumping this kind of money on a system let me give you my thoughts @ cccl98@yahoo.com. Good Luck!!!
This place is very incompetent. We had our Lennox system for 5 yrs and paid EVERY year for them to come out due to a problem. Only to find out from another company that the wiring was done wrong upon installation. A hardstart kit was left on. So all this time we have been wrongfully billed for problems that were never our fault. On last inspection we were told we needed a new compressor and that we would be billed $1400. Just found out that it's NOT the compressor and now it works just fine after it was services by another ... read more
