I've had an excellent team looking after me with numerous tests and treatments over the last 18 months. Nurse Lynn and Dr. Sadek have treated me so well I can't say enough. Yes, there has been times where I've sat for awhile while waiting but can you imagine if you couldn't see a doctor or afford one. Be patient and kind and you'll see it goes along way at Southlake where the staff are awesome. Totally ignored for 3.5 hours then at 89 yrs old I have to push my wheelchair around for all my tests even though I’m there for heart issues. Sat in the wheelchair for 12 hours with not one enquiry if I needed anything. Good job my daughters arrived or I might be a temporary resident just to the east on Davis Dr
In the Emergency Department, Rea and Tanya were wonderful. They quickly got me settled on a stretcher since I was very sick, and did their best to find a vein for the IV line, even though I was very dehydrated. Doctor: Gaurar Puri, Doctor Jay Silverstein and Doctor Micheal poo were amazing with there diagnosis, and treatment plan. This hospital is the worst place ever. I wish giving it a zero was an option. I gave birth in Feb to my first child which should have been a happy day for me however, it was not. First of the room was super cold which i don’t understand why the ac is on blast in Feb, but whatever. Me and my husband were freezing in the room with our new born. Our child skin start to dry up and excessively harden out of nowhere with no explanation. A paediatrician came in and said he would need to go to the nicu. Now that not my issue has the... read more
