I'm not a judgemental person usually. But this hospital has the worst staff that needs to show more compassion for patients and professional experience. It should be shut down or at least have employees that are competent in doing their job. Do doctors not have an oath or something? Can't even be too nice, not one little bit because as humans everybody should be treated with respect. I hope and pray this hospital changes for the better. The emergency department is very old & need of repairs but you’re seem fast. Although their acute mental health ward truly is awful as they treat people who are admitted like they’re in jail. You can do cannot make phone calls unless permission is asked nor can you buy food from the cafeteria if you dont like the food that is served. You can only socialize with people in common areas & no tv allowed in rooms. Theres only 1 huge tv in the lounge everyone shares. All they care about is getting people in & out.
Worst hospital ever from the people in triage to the emergency doctors and nurses. Took my kid who has been fevering over104 and experiencing dizziness (he described that he felt like the floor is spinning) which is bad enough to make him throw up at sleep and what the dr did? Check his ears, throat and chest and send us back home saying he is all good.
Apparently, this hospital doesn’t know how to diagnose toddlers so they run tests, send you home and say they will call you in 2 days. You also have to request tests to be done (because you are expected to be a doctor and know what tests to run). They do not call you at all and you are expected to know that you can only reach a discharge planner to get results between 7am-3pm because no one else in the hospital can legally give you any information.
