We had to make an unexpected visit to the ER today with our little and the nurses (and doctor) were amazing and moved us through quickly to ensure he was okay. They were very thorough, kind and supportive. We are truly grateful.
Always had courteous and helpful service from nurses and doctors. A very fine facility.
ALL of the Staff at Southlake Hospital were absolutely FIRST CLASS, VERY FRIENDLY, EXTREMELY HELPFUL & PROFESSIONAL FROM ALL STANDPOINTS. My wife was admitted into ISU ward for testing and the treatment was SO GOOD there that I I got the feeling she possibly wanted to stay and not come home to who ever loving husband & Ernie & Otis our two cats. NEED I SAY MORE !!!!!!
One of the most absolute INHUMANE. INSENSITIVE, and IGNORANT hospital I’ve ever seen too. The hospital itself is dirty and uncomfortable. Along with extremely extremely rude horrible staff. I described how I was frustrated with past treatment over the phone and the staff I was speaking too rudely hung up in my face. I’ve been in their care before and ALMOST SUED. DO NOT VISIT. THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IS MORE COMFORTABLE THAN BEING IN THEIR CARE. Do not send ESPECIALLY YOUR CHILDREN OR THE ELDERY.
Disappointed with Our Recent ER Experience My wife and daughter went to the ER due to severe pain my daughter was experiencing in her ovaries. After waiting over 10 hours, they were sent home without any treatment—just told that a doctor would follow up sometime next week. If there was no plan to provide immediate care, it’s hard to understand why they had to wait so long.
