This is my 4th purchase from Southlake Kia and I’ve always dealt with Earl Niemeyer he is the absolute best I even sent my daughter to him for her car and planning on taking my mom to him as well, I’m very much satisfied with all the purchases Earl had helped us with over the years. My wife just bought a 2020 Sorrento last weekend. First, when we brought the vehicle home the rear view mirror fell off within hours of purchasing it. (They did say that they would set up a time to fix this.) Next, when we thoroughly looked at the paperwork after purchasing the vehicle, there were a lot of misleading charges that were not fully explained. Do NOT go to this dealership! I originally came to look at a 2020 car. Due to no fault of the salesmen, Mike Arizmendi, I opted to go for something used and more cost effective. I test drove a used 2016 vehicle with 55k+ miles on it. After signing an obviously mock contractual agreement for an estimated monthly payment on aforementioned car, I looked into financing it.
